Greenland

Haunted by his best friend’s death and his own violent past, Aqissiaq “Nuka” Semsen travels across Greenland on a quest to save lives. Encounters with a troubled teen, a phlegmatic hunter and determined single mother lead him on a deeper journey of self-redemption.

The film has screened at Sheffield Doc Fest 2024 edition where it received a Special Mention in the Youth Jury Award and was #5 out of 80 features in the Audience Vote. The film had its domestic premiere at the Nuuk International Film Festival in Greenland, where it was the opening film.
